SPRINGHILL TOWNSHIP
TAKE NOTICE that on Monday July 7, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Springhill Township Municipal Building located at 198 Lake Lynn Road, Lake Lynn, PA 15451, the Board of Supervisors of Springhill Township, Fayette County, PA will consider and if appropriate, enact, an Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPRINGHILL TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL SPRINGHILL TOWNSHIP ZONING MAP BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 294 HOPE HOLLOW ROAD, LAKE LYNN, PA 15451, OWNED BY WAYNE L. BAKER, BEING AN APPROXIMATE 73 ACRE PARCEL IDENTIFIED BY FAYETTE COUNTY AS PARCEL# 36-14-0132 FROM THE A-1 TO THE M-1 ZONING DISTRICT. The proposed ordinance was prepared by the Township Solicitor and sets forth all provisions in reasonable detail. A public hearing on the proposed ordinance was held on
March 4,2025. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection at the Springhill Township Municipal Building, 198 Lake Lynn Rd., Lake Lynn, PA 15451 during regular business hours upon request.
