Two public hearings will be held at the Springhill Township Building on January 30, 2025.
Notice is hereby given that the Springhill Township Supervisors will hold a public hearing on January 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Springhill Township Municipal Building at 198 Lake Lynn Road, Lake Lynn, PA 15451 to hear a rezoning request by Ryan Rohrssen.
Said petition requests the Township supervisors to rezone the parcel from B-1 Commercial to A-1 Agricultural use.
The property concerned, owned by Ryan Rohrssen, is located on 4232 Morgantown Road, Smithfield, PA 15478, and is shown on the Springhill Township Tax Map as parcel # 36-08-0005. The petition is available for public inspection at the Municipal Building by request; phone 724-725-5294.

Notice is hereby given that the Springhill Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on January 30, 2025 at 12 noon at the Springhill Township Municipal Building at 198 Lake Lynn Road, Lake Lynn, PA 15451 to hear a petition of a special exception by Bollinger Solar LLC.
Said petition requests the Board to grant a special exception to the allowed uses in Agricultural Rural Districts and allow the petitioner to install and operate a commercial solar energy facility on land zoned A-1.
The property concerned, owned by Gans Hill Holdings LLC, is located on Gans Hill School Road and is shown on the Springhill Township Tax Map as parcel # 36-07-0045. The petition is available for public inspection at the Municipal Building by request; phone 724-725-5294.
