Said petition requests the Zoning Hearing Board to grant a Special Exception to install a Principal Solar Energy System on the property described below: The property concerned, is owned by Wayne Baker, property address being 294 Hope Hollow Road, Lake Lynn, Springhill Township, Fayette County, PA, and is shown on the Springhill Township Tax Map as parcel # 36-14-0132.
