Draft Ordinances Available for Public Review and Comment

Draft Data Center, Power Generation, and Noise & Dust Ordinances are now available for review on the Township's website. These documents can be downloaded and accessed in the Proposed Ordinances folder located on the Documents page.

The Springhill Township Supervisors greatly appreciate the input and participation of all community members. We encourage everyone to be on the lookout for information about upcoming public workshops where these ordinances will be discussed. Members of the public are invited to submit written comments and feedback on the proposed ordinances either prior to or during these workshops.
