NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Springhill Township Zoning Hearing Board of Fayette County will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 4:00pm at the Springhill Township Municipal Building, 198 Lake Lynn Road, Lake Lynn, PA 15451 to hear the Petition for a Variance by Russell & Rhonda Strosnider, case ZHB 26-02. Said petition requests the Zoning Board to grant a Variance to the rear setback regulations in the R-1 Zoning District on property address 222 Second Street. The tax map parcels involved in the Variance are: 36-19-0005-01. The intent is to construct a new residential home. The petition is available for public inspection at the Municipal Building during regular business hours. Interested persons or their attorney may appear at the aforementioned hearing to offer testimony regarding the requested petition.
