NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Springhill Township Zoning Hearing Board of Fayette County will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 4:00pm at the Springhill Township Municipal Building, 198 Lake Lynn Road, Lake Lynn, PA 15451 to hear the Petition for a Variance by Jennifer Zanaglio, case ZHB 26-01. Said petition requests the Board to grant a Variance to the lot size and setback regulations in the A-1 Zoning District on property located off Raymond Franks Road (north of Route 43). The tax map parcels involved in the Variance are: 36-18-0048-02 and 36-18-0048-03. The present use is a residential dwelling with a residential shed. The intent is to subdivide and combine the two orphaned portions of the properties north of Route 43. Properties concerned are owned by Anthony G. and Judith A.
