PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Springhill Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, will hold a special meeting in order to consider public comments on the 17th day of September 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in the Appalachian Community Center, located at 2390 Springhill Furnace Road, Smithfield, PA 15478 Pennsylvania, regarding proposed Ordinance No. 2026 5 entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF SPRINGHILL TOWNSHIP, FAYETTE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING LAND USE AS IT PERTAINS TO THE USE OF FOSSIL FUEL ELECTRIC GENERATING FACILITIES. All interested citizens and persons are invited to attend the public meeting and will be given an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed ordinance.
