Notice is hereby given that the Springhill Township Supervisors will hold a public hearing on May 7, 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Appalachian Community Center located at 2390 Springhill Furnace Road, Smithfield PA 15478 to hear a rezoning request by SR1 Captura Sage Holding Company 1 LLC.
Said petition requests the Township supervisors to rezone three parcels from A-1 Agricultural Use to M-1 Industrial Use.
The properties concerned are owned by Brian Croftcheck et al. dba SBS Realty LLC, 1606 Keats Lane, Greensburg, PA 15601, and are shown on the Springhill Township Tax Map as parcels # 36-14-0093, 36-14-0094, and 36-14-0096. Parcel 36-14-0096 is located on the east side of Lake Lynn Road; parcel 36-14-94 is on the south side of Mustard Lane, and parcel 36-14-0093 is on the north side of Mustard Lane.
